Rubber tyre roller is mainly suitable for compaction of various viscous and non-viscous materials in pavement engineering, such as sand, gravel, stabilized soil, asphalt concrete, dry and hard concrete, especially for final treatment of asphalt surface of high-grade highway. It is a high-performance compaction equipment for construction of high-grade highway, airport, municipal engineering and industrial sites.
Sionway pneumatic tire compactor is a special asphalt compactor typically utilized on hot mix asphalt pavement, but it's doing more than that including rolling surface treatments like chipping and seal, soil stabilization with modifiers such as asphalt emulsion, calcium chloride, fly ash, etc.
Sinoway pneumatic tire rollers are with three capacities, 10 to 16 ton rubber tire roller, 18 to 26 tons pneumatic rollers, 20 to 35 ton pneumatic tire compactor. Cummins engine provides sufficient power for altitude operation. The tire numbers are 9 or 11, which offer wider compacting width better performance.
